eGO Real Estate is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and the users of the different websites it supervises. Therefore, eGO it has prepared this Privacy Policy explaining our privacy practices and the different ways we collect and use your information.

Personal id information may be requested whenever you ask more information about a service or fill in a form, whenever you subscribe to our communications, to access areas with mandatory registration or other activities on the website.

There is no obligation to provide personal information - this is a decision made by the user. However, in case you do not provide this personal data, you may not be able to complete the service subscription or obtain material available for download.

Information is collected whenever a user visits our websites, such as IP address, domain name, etc. This information, together with the data provided, allows us to better customize the user's visit.

Your personal information will not be sold or rented to third parties. From time to time, we may get in touch with you in the name of a business partner about specific offers that you may be interested in.

Besides Janela Digital’s companies and according to the points we have mentioned above, we will not sell, trade or transfer your personal data to third parties in any way. You may, at any time, choose not to allow us to share your personal data with third parties. This request may be done through our Internet page on the contact section or simply by sending us an email.

5. Links

In order to improve the services we provide, we may include links to third parties’ websites merely for your own convenience. Each website has its own Privacy Policies so we advise you to read them whenever using those external websites.

6. Cookies

a) Janela Digital’s services use cookies. A cookie is a single text file that a website sends to your browser’s software and that allows a website to customize the information that is going to be presented to you, always according to your browsing preferences. We may use cookies to customize your pages or to “remember” you whenever you subscribe to products or services. In case you do not want us to install cookies in your browser, you may set it up to reject cookies. By rejecting cookies your ability to user some of our services on the website will be affected.

b) Cookies are also used to track visits on our websites. The information that is collected helps us optimize the websites’ contents, navigation and performance.

7. Options and subscription cancellation

These policies may be modified due to changes made to the legislation or even due to new Internet developments. Therefore, we have the right to make any changes and we ask you to please visit our page on a regular basis since these changes may affect your visit on our website.

9. Who manages your personal information?

Both our websites and the information that is collected is managed by Janela Digital. Janela Digital has its own servers infrastructure in Mainland Portugal. We will take all necessary measures and efforts to protect your personal data and they will always be managed according to the current GDPR law, just like this Privacy Policy.

10. API Terms

Customers may access their Ego account data via an API (Application Program Interface). Any use of the API, including use of the API through a third-party product that accesses eGO Real Estate, is bound by the terms of this agreement plus the following specific terms:

a) You expressly understand and agree that eGO Real Estate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if EGO has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of the API or third-party products that access data via the API.

b) Abuse or excessively frequent requests to Ego via the API may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account's access to the API. eGO Real Estate, in its sole discretion, will determine abuse or excessive usage of the API. eGO Real Estate will make a reasonable attempt via email to warn the account owner prior to suspension.

c) eGO Real Estate reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, your access to the API (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

11. Google Services

a) eGO Realestate CRM: what happens when you integrate your Google account with eGO Realestate CRM / Netbox?

When you integrate your Google account with our eGO Realestate software/tools, we will export relevant information so that you have a better experience with our service.

b) eGO Realestate CRM: what data do we receive when you integrate your Google account?

We receive the following data when you integrate your Google account

(i) Google User: we will receive all your data as a Google user, including, among others, your name, surname, email address and/or telephone number.

(ii) Google Calendar: we will import and export information from your calendar related to important activities and events for your business.

c) Contacts : We will process the contacts you have on Google and eGO Realestate CRM for you having a contact list up-to-date and sync.

d) Youtube : We will process the categories you have to facilitate the house videos upload to your youtube account.

e) eGO Realestate CRM: who will be able to access your data once you have integrated your Google account?

You, being the one who has integrated your Google account, and us, eGO Realestate, as users at an administrator level, in the position of supervisors.

We will only import the information that is relevant for the integration with eGO Realestate Software.

12. General Conditions

a) The user agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or abuse any part of the Service, without the written consent of eGO Real Estate.

b) eGO Real Estate may, but is under no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts that contain Content that is deemed, in our sole discretion, to be illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or that otherwise infringes or violates the intellectual property.

c) Any verbal, physical, written or any other abuse (including threats of abuse or reprisals) by the customer, employee, member or officer of eGO Real Estate will result in the immediate termination of the Account.

d) The user understands that the processing and technical transmission of the Service, including its Content, can be transferred decrypted and involve (i) transmissions through various networks; and (ii) changes to comply with and adapt to the technical requirements of networks or connection devices.

e) You cannot upload, post, host or send unsolicited emails, SMS or spam messages.

f) You cannot transmit any worm, virus or code of a destructive nature.

g) The user understands expressly and agrees that the eGO Real Estate will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss or damage, including, but not limited to, loss of profit, benevolence, use, information or any other immaterial losses (even if the eGO Real Estate has been advised of the possibility of such losses), resulting from:

    (i) use or inability to use the service; 

    (ii) the cost of purchasing substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased, messages received or transactions carried out through or from the service; 

    (iii) unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions or data; 

    (iv) third party statements or conduct about the service; 

    (v) or any other matter related to the theme.

eGO's failure to exercise or to enforce any right or clause in this Privacy Policy does not constitute a rejection of these rights or clauses.
